"I was getting tired of worrying about this and that," says Keith Anderson, head of Anderson Accountancy is Santa Cruz county, California. "There wasn't one day when I just thought, 'that's it!" "The thing I noticed most," says Anderson, "was mostly in me. I found I had greater excitement for the business possibilities. Before, if I'd gotten stuck in a rut, maybe I'd have ideas but I would have to try hit or miss to improve the situation. Sterling gave the tools to make real improvements.
