How to Implement The Management Tech in Your Practice

What does a SPEEDOTM do?

A SPEEDO will handle every one of the seven divisions of the practice and put the practice into a much improved condition.


How does this help me make money?

The biggest loss a business has is the money it could have made but didn’t. Every time you don’t have the time or staff to handle the work, it’s money you could have made and that’s your biggest source of lost income: $ you did not make. Therefore, if you increase by $10,000 and save $5,000, that would be a lot of savings. You can make that by having staff who can do the work efficiently. This is a continuing return on the investment.


How will I get more efficient staff?

There are always a certain number of staff assigned to a certain area. There are stops and barriers in the area; things take more time than is really needed. The flowing of particles back and forth and back and forth can take 2-3 times as much time as really needed. Most people think this is normal, “the way it’s always been,” but it is not the way it SHOULD be. The SPEEDO takes out the needless and dispersed actions. You could easily buy back 1/3 of your production time. We train staff and get them to take a look at what is causing these stops and then train them how to handle it. We get the highest production in the least amount of time = more efficient.

  2. Uniting the practice owner and his staff as a team with common goals and agreed-upon realities. Most common comment: “Everyone in the office is now on the same page.”

Scenario of a Typical SPEEDO

During the first two days your office would become a “course room” where the key aspects of this management technology would be taught. This is the Basic Staff Hat Course and runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day (with breaks and lunch) and results in everyone fully understanding and able to apply the essential aspects of this management technology. Each evening, the assigned consultant may wish to meet with you privately to go over ideas, observations and results. You have the benefit of having the staff hear it from somebody other than you. The next three days are technically the “SPEEDO DAYS” and are spent bringing about a full implementation of what has been learned.

During evening hours you would meet with the consultant to be further trained and updated. During each day of this SPEEDO segment the assigned consultant will need you to schedule an extra-long lunch for your entire team, about three hours, during which the exact vital steps needed to ensure complete success would be discussed. The SPEEDO allows the owner to keep producing while implementation occurs.

  1. Who needs the SPEEDO?
    Anyone who doesn’t have all the admin tech already implemented with staff and owner all on the same page. Also, anyone who is in either a Danger trend or Affluence trend.
     
  2. When do they need it?
    In the very beginning of the Sterling program or when in Danger or when in Affluence or when plateaued (long term emergency = danger) or when they or the consultant want to speed things up and owner is too overworked already.
     
  3. Why do they need it?
    To go to a whole new level of production; raise agreement, ARC, and KRC (Knowledge, Responsibility and Control).
     
  4. What does it do?
    Takes Emergency/Danger/Normal to Affluence and Affluence to new Affluence or Power. Creates agreement, harmony, control and thus income.

    1. A professional who has heavy traffic and would make a lot more money fast if all were organized and efficient, allowing an increased flow of patients or clients now.
    2. A professional who has implemented the basics and now needs to streamline it, increasing production even more.
    3. A new client who just wants all basics implemented now, so there’s no delay on the increased production.
       
  2. When do they need it?
    They need it when they have their key staff members posted. Re: the timing of it? See answer to #1.

    1. To get agreement between all staff and owner.
    2. To back up staff with a form of help, instead of just orders to “get the stats up.”
    3. To stabilize affluences.
    4. To create a stably, efficiently running machine that doesn’t take tons of attention to keep it running.
       
  4. What does it do?
    Gets all staff in comm. Gets all staff in agreement with the technical people and owner. Gets all basics in so all is efficient and controlled.
